Common questions

Who pays the service fee?

The buyer. It is shown at checkout before payment and is separate from the ticket price the organiser set.

Can the organiser absorb the buyer fee?

Yes. An organiser can choose to include the service fee in the ticket price so buyers see one flat number.

What about free tickets?

Free tickets have no service fee or organiser commission. Buyers pay nothing when booking a free ticket.

When is the organiser commission taken?

At settlement. WapGate deducts the commission from the organiser payout, so it never comes from the buyer.
